Just Stroll-ing Along . . .

Yesterday our new bed was delivered and we got our spare room all set up. I still have to move a few things out, but overall it looks so dreamy. It's blues and pinks and purples. There are a few painting projects I wanted to do, but they'll have to wait, I guess. Don't have the time or money to do them!
I had yesterday off work and spent the morning over at Mar & Dad's. Dropped my wedding ring off first to make it real sparkly and then did laundry and Mar made some throw pillows for our couch. Uncle Jeff & Aunt Carol and Gramma showed up, they dropped off Gram and oo'd and ahh'd over Mar's new spare room (that seems to be a trend lately). Then I had to go cos I had an appt and Mar had to take Grannie to the dr's. (side note - Gran's cardiologist is making her wear an event monitor for 2 weeks - I had to wear one of those a few years ago - because she had another episode last week - also her pulmonary guy said her lungs look great except for where the one collapsed - he will be taking x-rays this month for that) So Gramma must have been so lonely at the house by herself. We're going over there tonight for supper, that is, if we can scrape together the $10 in gas to get there!!
