reading for this week!
the secret life of bees is crap, mindy. you were right.
so i am going to re-read a favorite, emma. i love jane's world of emma woodhouse, mr. knightley (whom one of our sons will be named for), the churchills, miss smith, and jane fairfax. love love love love love it. emma has to be the most endearing (elizabeth bennet is second, i should say and then fanny price - i simply despise the dashwood women) of all jane austen's heroines. my favorite part about each of her books though is the men - seriously, even through their faults, they are simply wonderful. mr. knightley, mr. darcy and edmund bertram.
also i am going to re-read julie & julia. it's just so good, i have to read it again this week.
