Approval

We were approved for a mortgage!

We still have to find out all the details, and meet with the mortgage guy about rates, payments, etc, but I'm very happy to know we are able to get the financing when we need it. Now I just hope we can get things taken care of in an orderly fashion and that the house will still be available! It seems like just the right house for us, but I guess time will tell.

lol yeah that'd be nice huh. the good thing is that there is instant equity in this house since it's worth a bit more than they're asking for, so we can get a second loan for that specific amount and fix up the house a bit :o)
