Just Stroll-ing Along . . .

This weekend was fairly uneventful, which is a good thing nowadays in my book. Friday night we ended up going over to the house and showing it to Fred & Vicki ... again, we were there for about 1 1/2 hours. We were shocked when we opened the door ... the entire place was painted a nice creamy white, even the basement. It looked a 1000x better! They even fixed a hole in the floor in the 2nd bedroom upstairs - it's perfect. My in-laws loved the house, especially Vicki, who kept talking about the gorgeous woodwork and cove ceilings (which happen to be my 2 favorite features about the house). Anyway, hopefully we can get moving on our offer this week. I'm just waiting to hear from the mortgage people to get our pre-approval letter faxed over here and then we can get the purchase agreement and make our offer! Good times.
